★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne kleine Suite. Die Lage ist wahnsinnig gut, man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen und hat vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle. Die Zimmer sind in auf jedenfall sauber. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und man bekommt kostenlos Kaffee. Zudem war der Besitzer/Betreuer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzig negative war, dass das Bad etwas muffig gerochen hat.
Ich würde dort wieder übernachten!
Very nice little suite. The location is incredibly good, everything can be easily reached on foot and there is a bus stop on the doorstep. The rooms are definitely clean. The room was cleaned every day and you get free coffee. In addition, the owner / supervisor was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative was that the bathroom smelled a bit musty.
I would stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location and price. The room is not accessible for wheelchair (although the building has an elevator, there are a few steps to the room). There is an expresso coffee machine in the room with capsules renewed every day. It is clean but noisy at night (the windows are facing the street).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This about the flat on the top floor. Very comfy and spacious. It has a small terrace to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The kitchen has a microwave and the common Italian coffee maker.
A supermarket, street food pasta vendor, a nice restaurant are just around the corner. Actually, almost all tourist attractions are in walking distance.
Only downsides are the low water pressure (typical for Rome, it seems) and the narrow staircase leading to the apartment (could be an issue for older people).
