★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled last minute on me and my fiancé two days before holiday! couldn't get in contact with hotel at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Owner is completely disorganised and double booked us. No wonder, it says its a hotel, but is also on Air BNB. Shady, do not book here. Don't even think it is a real place. No contact or anything. Not even late rooms could get a hold of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a perfect stay here. Almost everything to see in Rome was reachable via a walk. The appartment was perfectly clean, quite and comfortable. In addition our host Claudia had a lot of great hints where to go and to especially where to eat. The breakfast was traditional italian style with cafe and cornetto and that in a cafe Giolitto very close to the appertment serving awesome food, coffee and gelatto. There was no elevator to the appartment but that was no problem for us (appartment is in the 2nd floor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location close to all the landmarks in the center of Rome. The room itself is brand new with all the facilities of a five star hotel. Comfy bed. We spent here 3 days and enjoyed every second of it. The host is super nice and keeps things on the bright side. I would strongly recommend.
