★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 18 ottobre 2017 ho portato il cellulare per una semplice sostituzione dello schermo lcd. Mi hanno tenuto appeso per un mese andando avanti a scuse imbarazzanti, quali:
- 1) "l'lcd che mi hanno mandato presenta due graffi, quindi lo dovo riordinare" (questo accadeva il 23 ottobre);
- 2) il nuovo schermo che mi hanno spedito ha un angolo che non funziona e rimane nero" (questa la scusa del 7 novembre);
- 3) "il pacco che che conteneva l'lcd non è arrivato in tempo, al massimo domani o dopodomani arriverà! Ti chiamo appena arriva" (questa la rassicurazione del 14 novembre). Dopodiché il nulla. Spariti.
Ho risolto altrove (con soli 3 giorni di attesa), dove ho trovato la vera professionalità.
On 18 October 2017 I brought my cell phone for a simple replacement of the lcd screen. They kept me hanging for a month going on with embarrassing excuses, such as:
- 1) "the lcd they sent me has two scratches, so I have to reorder it" (this happened on 23 October);
- 2) the new screen they sent me has a corner that does not work and remains black "(this is the excuse of November 7);
- 3) "the package that contained the LCD did not arrive on time, at the latest tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it will arrive! I'll call you as soon as it arrives" (this is the reassurance of November 14th). Then nothing. Gone.
I solved elsewhere (with only 3 days of waiting), where I found true professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto il mio modem chiedendo se era possibile il motivo del suo malfunzionamento. Mi viene chiesto di lasciarlo per un'aggiornamento. Costo dell'operazione 10 euro. Porto il modem a casa e non funziona, chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto di riportare il modem lì per vedere il problema. Dopo 3 settimane di scuse, dopo varie volte che ho fatto su e giù per il negozio, e dopo ulteriori promesse di sistemare il problema, io mi ritrovo un modem non funzionante dopo aver speso dei soldi per una riparazione.
Assolutamente sconsigliato per riparazioni!
I bring my modem asking if the reason for its malfunction was possible. I am asked to leave it for an update. Cost of the operation 10 euros. I take the modem home and it doesn't work, I ask for explanations and I'm told to bring the modem back there to see the problem. After 3 weeks of apologies, after several times that I went up and down the shop, and after further promises to fix the problem, I find myself with a non-working modem after spending money on a repair.
Absolutely not recommended for repairs!
