Mi sono recato in negozio a Dicembre per usufruire della promozione Wind SIM security attivazione gratuita, traffico a pacchetto 24,90€ annui
RISULTATO:
Altamente sconsigliato dal negozio,nonostante avessi detto espressamente per cosa mi servisse (servizi di Domotica ) mi hanno attivato una sim a consumo asserendo che fosse di gran lunga più conveniente (sicuramente per loro visto le 30€ di attivazione più altrettanto ogni mese ad oggi.)
OGGI
Invece di cercare una soluzione per risolvere una loro mancanza mi è stato proposto l’attivazione della Sim security a 40€ + traffico a parte.
Oggi con 40€ la security è buona a dicembre no!
Mi sarei aspettato come minimo delle scuse per l’incompetenza o la furbizia?! del venditore, una maggiore attenzione verso il cliente e soprattutto una soluzione vantaggiosa a tutela del cliente.
HO OTTENUTO COME RISPOSTA:
la sim non lo fatta io,dopo 60gg nn posso fare niente (come se uno controllasse il traffico della sim per la domotica tutti i giorni.)
CONSIGLIO:
Siate più disponibili con i clienti e proponete soluzioni a loro tutela soprattutto quando avete avuto delle mancanze
Questa recensione è fatta al fine di prendere spunto per migliorare il servizio vendendo al cliente ciò che desidera non ciò che è più conveniente vendere.

REVIEW OF THE WIND GRAN SASSO SHOP (TE)
I went to the store in December to take advantage of the free Wind SIM security activation, packaged traffic € 24.90 per year
RESULT:
Highly discouraged by the shop, although I had expressly said what I needed (Domotics services) they activated a consumer-based sim by saying that it was far more convenient (certainly for them seen the € 30 activation more every month to date. )
TODAY
Instead of looking for a solution to solve a lack of them, I was asked to activate the SIM security for € 40 + separate traffic.
Today with € 40 security is good in December no!
Would I have expected at least apologies for incompetence or cunning ?! of the seller, a greater attention to the customer and above all a favorable solution to protect the customer.
I OBTAINED AS A RESPONSE:
the sim didn't do it myself, after 60 days I can't do anything (as if one were checking the sim traffic for home automation every day.)
COUNCIL:
Be more available with customers and propose solutions to protect them especially when you have had failures
This review is made in order to take inspiration to improve the service by selling to the customer what he wants, not what is more convenient to sell.
