Trovo un addetto che definirlo maleducato è un complimento.Il mio problema non è stato risolto, sono stata addirittura esortata a lasciare il punto vendita perché secondo Arturo stava perdendo solo tempo con me. Pessimo! After several phone calls to which no one has answered, on the advice of another store I decide to go directly to Teramo. I find an employee who calls him rude is a compliment. Friendly and qualified staff. Wide choice of videogame material, possibility to buy new or used games. The only negative note: the prices are too high.

Ho acquistato un gioco che mi ha letteralmente disinstallato il SO della PS4 Pro; preciso che non ho MAI avuto nessun problema del genere, essendo un possessore di console credo ormai da più di 15 anni. Presumo, nella mia “ignoranza”, che sia stata colpa del gioco usato, corrotto o ipoteticamente manomesso, che dopo essere stato riportato al negozio in assoluta tranquillità, dato che in questo punto vendita dubito che i giochi che tornano indietro vengano provati, è stato di nuovo commercializzato. Alla richiesta di assistenza (se così possiamo chiamarla) addirittura mi è stato detto che il gioco era sigillato!!! Cosa non vera perché non era nuovo!!! E che loro non avevano nessuna responsabilità e che il massimo che potevano fare era rimborsare il gioco... Mi dispiace per la brutta recensione, ma non posso fare altrimenti... sistemerò la Playstation da me, il gioco lo acquisterò di nuovo online e potete star certi che non vi darò neanche 1 cent. in futuro. Vi invito, almeno, a provare i giochi che tornano in negozio, anche per evitare rotture di scatole, lamentele e sfoghi, come quello che sto facendo ora. ??? I purchased a game that literally uninstalled the PS4 Pro OS; I specify that I have NEVER had any such problem, being a console owner I believe for more than 15 years now. I assume, in my "ignorance", that it was the fault of the game used, corrupt or hypothetically tampered with, that after being brought back to the shop in absolute tranquility, given that in this store I doubt that the games that go back are tried, it was marketed again. When asked for assistance (if we can call it that) I was even told that the game was sealed !!! Which is not true because it was not new !!! And that they had no responsibility and that the best they could do was refund the game ... I'm sorry for the bad review, but I can't do otherwise ... I will fix the Playstation by myself, I will buy the game online again and you can be sure that I will not give you even 1 cent. in the future. I invite you, at least, to try the games that come back to the shop, also to avoid breaking boxes, complaints and outbursts, like what I'm doing now. ???
