Quando io ho avuto problema con Vodafon lei mi ha minacciato di chiamare i carabinieri senza alcun motivo, perché io non l’ ho minacciata e non ho alzato neanche la voce! Finalmente dopo 6 mesi ho avuto il mio contratto, ma io non ci entro mai più. Quando ho fatto il contratto lei mi a detto solo la positività ma non mi ha detto che se voglio cambiare gestione mi devo fare la penale!! Ia vecchia gestione era molto meglio!
The woman didn't give me the contract. When I had a problem with Vodafon, she threatened to call the police for no reason, because I didn't threaten her and I didn't even raise my voice! Finally after 6 months I got my contract, but I never go in again. When I made the contract she only told me the positivity but she didn't tell me that if I want to change management I have to pay the penalty !! The old management was much better!
