★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo clienti affezionati da oltre 20 anni, purtroppo però nell'ultimo periodo la qualità della carne è decisamente peggiorata, gonfia d'acqua ed immangiabile (bistecca ai ferri di roastbeef o scamone, non congelata ovviamente, rilascia sulla piastra due dita d'acqua rendendola secca e di consistenza gommosa simil-bollita anche a seguito di una rapidissima scottata), già dall'esposizione si nota una qualità sempre peggiore a cui va aggiunto il recente cambio di personale con operatori purtroppo non all'altezza ai quali manca precisione nell'eseguire e servire i tagli richiesti (ho studiato alberghiero e fatto il cuoco per diversi anni, parlo con cognizione di causa).
Nella speranza che sia un momento passeggero (può capitare a tutti sia chiaro, non voglio incriminare nessuno) e che tali suggerimenti possano servire a migliorare maggiormente la qualità di un posto che è sempre stato al top per eccellenza, lasciamo passare un po' di tempo, tornerò sicuramente a verificare nella speranza di modificare al più presto questa mia recensione in positiva.
We have been loyal customers for over 20 years, but unfortunately in the last period the quality of the meat has definitely deteriorated, swollen with water and inedible (grilled steak of roast beef or rump, obviously not frozen, releases two fingers of water on the plate making it dry and boiled-like rubbery consistency even after a very rapid sear), already from the exposure we notice an increasingly worse quality to which must be added the recent change of staff with unfortunately not up to the level operators who lack precision in performing and serve the required cuts (I studied hospitality and worked as a cook for several years, I speak with knowledge of the facts).
In the hope that it will be a passing moment (it can happen to everyone it is clear, I do not want to incriminate anyone) and that these suggestions can further improve the quality of a place that has always been at the top par excellence, let's let some time pass. , I will definitely come back to check in the hope of changing my review to a positive one as soon as possible.

Ma per ordinarli online con la consegna a domicilio un disastro !!! Elenchiamo i passaggi vostro volantino offerte ..mail per ordine ,contatto telefonico ,inoltro mail di conferma ,consegna .???? Oggi 2022 dove la spesa online e oramai il futuro assistiamo a queste cose? Non bisogna avere Amazon per vendere online basta vedere Esselunga e altri concorrenti del settore .
