Ci hanno restituito i soldi proprio quando non ne potevano fare a meno Bad. They kept a record player for two months, inventing flaws that weren't there. They returned it to us with a missing piece after they got paid. They gave us our money back just when they couldn't do without it

Fin da subito il titolare si è dimostrato professionale ma soprattutto molto disponibile nel trovare la soluzione più congeniale anche se quest’ultima andava in contrapposizione ai sui guadagni, consigliandomi dei prodotti meno costosi ma che hanno svolto egregiamente il loro compito. Tra le altre cose c’era un problema legato alla disponibilità di un componente non dipeso sicuramente da loro, ma che hanno brillantemente risolto. Questo è affidarsi a dei professionisti. Nulla al caso. Consiglio la Sound and Vision non tanto per i prezzi applicati, che tra l’altro sono molto competitivi, ma per l’esperienza d’acquisto che vi verrà data. I turned to Sound and Vision for a particular need that my company had. Right from the start, the owner proved to be professional but above all very helpful in finding the most congenial solution even if the latter was in opposition to his earnings, recommending cheaper products that have done their job well. Among other things, there was a problem related to the availability of a component that was certainly not up to them, but which they have brilliantly solved. This is relying on professionals. Nothing to chance. I recommend Sound and Vision not so much for the prices applied, which among other things are very competitive, but for the shopping experience that will be given to you.

Sono approdata da Sound and Vision facendo ricerca su rivenditori della DENON (prodotto di “nicchia” e intenditori) ma altro a TROVARE ciò che desideravo ho trovato Alberto ad accogliermi che con la sua PAZIENZA (con me ce ne vuole tanta CREDETEMI!) mi ha consigliata per quel che più faceva al caso mio - avrebbe potuto benissimo rifilarmi qualcosa di più costoso… - descrivendomi accuratamente le differenze tra gli articoli che avrei potuto scegliere! E con enorme piacere ho scoperto avere una enorme conoscenza musicale ed essere un vero appassionato. Non c’è cosa più bella saper vendere per reale conoscenza e PASSIONE e forse un po’ lo invidio perché davvero fa il lavoro che AMA!! Dopo neanche pochi giorni sono tornata accompagnando un mio amico che doveva cambiare il suo amplificatore e anche lui si è trovato alla grande trovando il giusto consiglio al giusto compromesso qualità prezzo! I landed at Sound and Vision doing research on DENON dealers ("niche" product and connoisseurs) but to FIND what I wanted I found Alberto to welcome me who with his PATIENCE (with me it takes a lot of BELIEVE ME!) recommended for what was best for me - it could very well have given me something more expensive… - accurately describing the differences between the items that I could have chosen! And with great pleasure I discovered that I have enormous musical knowledge and that I am a true fan. There is no better thing than knowing how to sell for real knowledge and PASSION and maybe I envy him a little because he really does the job he LOVES !! After less than a few days I came back accompanying a friend of mine who had to change his amplifier and he too was great finding the right advice at the right compromise between quality and price! In short, VERY RECOMMENDED
