E	Elga Carboni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Per una 'colpa non mia' mi hanno fatto pagare di più (e ci potrebbe anche stare) e mi hanno trattato davvero male, in termini di atteggiamento e parole. Ed è questo il punto. Nello specifico. Chiamo per il cambio gomme. Dico che le gomme le ho io e son nuove. Mi fissano appuntamento. Non sento chiamata ma vado lo stesso. Vado a pagare e in modo sgarbato e grossolano e con approccio davvero fastidioso mi dice 'Noi non cambiamo le gomme nuove. Non ho preso io la chiamata altrimenti..' Mi scuso, dicendo 'mi dispiace ma non lo sapevo'. Aggiunge 'tariffa ordinaria 35 euro, le faccio pagare 50'. Aggiungo io 'Va bene. Capisco che non avendo preso le gomme da voi paghi di più il servizio'. Pago e aggiungo 'Ho visto che mi avete caricato tutte le 4 gomme estive. Ieri vi avevo chiesto di dirmi se tenerle o no'. Lui, con fare sempre più sgarbato, 'Non lo so'. Non credo ci sia da aggiungere altro. La colpa non era mia. Se avessi saputo che non cambiavano gomme nuove non sarei andata. Punto. Comprendo assolutamente il fatto di pagare di più il servizio ma essere OBBLIGATORIAMENTE SCORTESI mi sembra troppo. LE MODALITà FANNO LA DIFFERENZA. Almeno per me. Aggiungo che mentre ero in sala di attesa, uno dei 'meccanici' è entrato e sempre con fare ANTIPATICO e SCORTESE ha chiesto ad un cliente di spostare l'auto. Il cliente ha borbottato per la scortesia. Insomma .... un bel team di persone 'cortesi'. Bad. I understand that not having taken the tires from you, you pay more for the service '. I pay and add 'I saw you loaded all 4 summer tires for me. Yesterday I asked you to tell me whether to keep them or not. ' He, with more and more rude, 'I do not know'. I don't think there is more to add. It wasn't my fault. If I had known they weren't changing new tires I wouldn't have gone. Point. I absolutely understand the fact of paying more for the service but being COMPULSORY RUDE seems to me too much. THE MODES MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. At least for me. I would add that while I was in the waiting room, one of the 'mechanics' entered and always with ANTI-PATH and RUDE asked a customer to move the car. The customer grumbled in rudeness. In short .... a nice team of 'courteous' people.

É da anni che cambio le gomme da loro e non ho mai avuto nessun problema, tra l'altro un paio di anni fa ho fatto montare a loro un treno di gomme invernali acquistate su internet a prezzi decisamente più convenienti. Ma arriviamo ad oggi pomeriggio, circa 10 minuti dopo che ho lasciato la mia auto (con treno di gomme estive nuove acquistate su internet), mi arriva una chiamata del proprietario dicendomi di tornare a prenderla e che si rifiutava di montarle perché non le ho acquistate da lui. Ovviamente gli ho ricordato dell'aneddoto di due anni fa ma lui si è ugualmente rifiutato. Sono persone poco professionali, che vendono pneumatici a prezzi molto più alti rispetto ad esempio a vari siti internet e che ti ricattano non montando gomme acquistate altrove, pratica tra l'altro che altri gommisti attuano, ma che è un vero è proprio ricatto. Concludo dicendo che ognuno è libero di fare ciò che crede più opportuno, ma dal momento che non ti dicono a voce al telefono al momento della prenotazione che non montano gomme acquistate altrove e che non hanno cartelli con su scritto che è un servizio che non offrono ( o per lo meno io non ne ho visti ) mi sento quasi in dovere di ribadire la loro poca trasparenza e professionalità. Vergognosi.
