Ho chiesto espressamente la ceretta brasiliana, nonostante il nome del centro e la mia richiesta specifica, mi hanno fatto una ceretta normale spacciandola per brasiliana. il costo però è quello di una vera brasiliana, quindi più alto di quello di una ceretta standard.
NON HANNO LA VERA CERETTA BRASILIANA.
 Disappointing experience. I specifically asked for Brazilian waxing, despite the name of the center and my specific request, they gave me a normal wax by passing it off as Brazilian. the cost, however, is that of a real Brazilian, therefore higher than that of a standard wax.
THEY DON'T HAVE REAL BRAZILIAN WAXING.

Complice un regalo ricevuto da un'amica ho conosciuto il Brasilian Smile e devo dire che ho trovato estrema professionalità, ma anche cortesia e simpatia da parte delle ragazze che ci lavorano, attente alla soddisfazione del cliente e, non da meno, molto rigorose nell'applicare i protocolli Anti-Covid. La mia amica, sapendo che sono molto attento da questo punto di vista, mi ha assicurato che molti di questi protocolli venivano già applicati dal Brasilian Smile anche prima che scoppiasse il problema del Covid. Come servizi ho usufruito di un massaggio di 60 minuti assolutamente da provare e pedicure che ha sistemato qualche problemino ai piedi e mi sono stati forniti dei consigli su come evitare che si ripresentino.
I have always considered beauty centers as places for women. Thanks to a gift received from a friend, I met the Brasilian Smile and I must say that I found extreme professionalism, but also courtesy and sympathy on the part of the girls who work there, attentive to customer satisfaction and, not least, very rigorous in their apply the Anti-Covid protocols. My friend, knowing that I am very careful from this point of view, assured me that many of these protocols were already applied by the Brazilian Smile even before the Covid problem broke out. As services I used a 60-minute massage absolutely to try and a pedicure that fixed some problems in the feet and I was given advice on how to avoid them recurring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a Parma per un breve periodo di lavoro e ho approfittato per una pulizia viso e pedicure, eseguiti con molta cura e dal risultato spettacolare. Oltre alla cortesia e alla professionalità della titolare, che ha eseguito i trattamenti, devo sottolineare che l'igiene e le misure adottate da questo centro per la prevenzione della diffusione del Covid non ha eguali in altri centri da me frequentati anche in altre zona d'Italia. Questo sicuramente denota un rispetto per la clientela di molto superiore alla media ed è un aspetto da tenere sempre in considerazione nella scelta di un centro al quale affidarsi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico centro estetico che conosco che non ha problemi a fare la ceretta total body ad un uomo. Di solito quando chiedo in giro se fanno la ceretta alle parti intime ad un maschio mi ridono in faccia, al Brasilian Smile invece nessun problema. Puntualità, cortesia e igiene al top, che di questi tempi è imprescindibile. Purtroppo vengo da fuori regione, per cui ora che ne avrei proprio bisogno mi tocca aspettare, ma non mi metto certo ad elemosinare una ceretta in altri centri.
The only beauty center I know that has no problem waxing a man with a total body. Usually when I ask around if they wax the private parts of a male they laugh in my face, at the Brasilian Smile instead no problem. Punctuality, courtesy and top hygiene, which is essential these days. Unfortunately, I come from outside the region, so now that I really need it I have to wait, but I certainly don't start begging for a wax in other centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito del centro per ceretta inguine e ascelle, chiedendo espressamente la "brasiliana". Il centro è pulito e sanificato, purtroppo però la ceretta che chiamano brasiliana è normalissima, nel senso che ha il prezzo da brasiliana ma è dolorosa come la ceretta classica e un po' approssimativa ( i peli corti sono rimasti dov'erano). Forse esistono di versi tipi di brasiliana? Non so. Diciamo che quella che mi hanno fatto in altri centri è completamente diversa sia come aspetto, molto più approfondita e meno dolorosa. Sono rimasta male perchè alle mie obiezioni alla titolare, è sparita la cortesia e ho avuto risposte poco simpatiche ....non credo ci tornerò anche per l'atteggiamento supponente. Mi spiace.

Maybe there are different types of Brazilian? I do not know. Let's say that what they did to me in other centers is completely different both in appearance, much more thorough and less painful. I was disappointed because to my objections to the owner, the courtesy disappeared and I had not very nice answers .... I don't think I'll be back also for the opinionated attitude. I'm sorry.

Ho effettuato il trattamento di epilazione con la luce pulsata e mi è completamente CAMBIATA LA VITA! Con 10 sedute ho detto addio alla ceretta. Il risultato è fantastico! Il centro utilizza prodotti di ottima qualità, non ho mai avuto problemi di irritazioni o simili. Prezzi ottimi. TOP!
Well-kept and clean center. The owner, Luana, is very kind, helpful and very professional. The girls of the staff are super cute and knowledgeable. I underwent the hair removal treatment with pulsed light and it completely CHANGED MY LIFE! With 10 sessions I said goodbye to waxing. The result is fantastic! The center uses products of excellent quality, I have never had problems with irritation or the like. Great prices. TOP!

Trattamenti viso, ceretta, pedicure e massaggi sono state le mie esperienze e molto positive. Ho avuto problemi di acne, Luana mi ha seguita e dato ottimi suggerimenti, validi i prodotti acquistati. Anche i miei suoceri e mio marito si sono trovati bene, abbiamo apprezzato la cura, le attenzioni e la pazienza dimostrate. Piacevoli, mirati ed efficaci i massaggi di Karen. You are greeted with kindness and courtesy. Very clean premises. Trained and professional staff. Facials, waxing, pedicures and massages have been my experiences and very positive. I had acne problems, Luana followed me and gave excellent suggestions, valid the products purchased. My in-laws and my husband also enjoyed it, we appreciated the care, attention and patience shown.
