Personale molto preparato, gentile, paziente e disponibile, un'attenzione al cliente che si trova difficilmente in altri negozi. Sono uscito da lì con un'infinità di capi di abbigliamento e molto soddisfatto sia degli acquisti che del trattamento. Lavoro nel commercio anche io e sono molto puntiglioso e attento a queste cose, quindi un 5 stelle anche al personale. Consiglio vivamente
Well stocked shop, with beautiful and quality items at great prices and to which I received an additional discount. Very knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful staff, a focus on the customer that is difficult to find in other stores. I came out of there with countless items of clothing and was very satisfied with both the purchases and the treatment. I also work in commerce and I am very meticulous and attentive to these things, so I also give the staff 5 stars. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in negozio senza essere accolto almeno da un saluto, nonostante ci fossero 2 commesse che discutevano animatamente tra di loro, e quando sono uscito neanche un cenno di saluto. Se Sonny Bono si può permettere questo genere di commesse .......no comment.
I entered the shop without being greeted by at least a greeting, despite the fact that there were 2 shop assistants who were arguing animatedly with each other, and when I went out not even a nod. If Sonny Bono can afford this kind of job ....... no comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver ricevuto in regalo un giubbotto risultato non adatto a me, mi sono recato nel punto vendita per la sostituzione e non avendo trovato un altro capo simile con cui sostituirlo mi hanno proposto come unica soluzione il prolungamento della tempistica al reso.
Menomale che il capo area mi ha detto che teneva a cuore la mia soddisfazione (rispondendomi anche che era un mio problema il fatto che fossi a 50km di distanza) !!!
Morale della favola :
- Sono senza un giubbotto adeguato in piena stagione invernale.
- Ho un tempo limite per sostituirlo.
- E loro hanno i miei soldi in cassa?! Difficile credere che sia più importante la mia soddisfazione anziché il loro fatturato!
After receiving as a gift a jacket that was not suitable for me, I went to the store to have it replaced and not having found another similar item to replace it with, they offered me the only solution to extend the return deadline.
Luckily the area manager told me that he cared about my satisfaction (also replying that it was my problem that I was 50km away) !!!
Moral of the story:
- I'm without a proper jacket in the middle of winter.
- I have a time limit to replace him.
- And they have my money in the cashier ?! It's hard to believe that my satisfaction is more important than their turnover!
