Ad un anno esatto dall'acquisto la forcella si è rotta di netto, fortunatamente non si è fatto male nessuno, ma sicuramente pezzo di scarsa qualità, mai capitato in nessuna bicicletta una cosa simile. Ho telefonato per chiedere se era disponibile, ma non la avevano in magazzino sarebbe stata da ordinare, mi hanno detto che mi sarebbero venuti incontro, ma a mio giudizio dopo un anno se succede una rottura del genere io non avrei dovuto pagare nulla. A questo punto la faccio aggiustare dove voglio io tanto se devo pagare non mi cambia nulla. bought a Graziella type bike a year ago, new for my 12 year old daughter. Oltre alla bicicletta ho potuto trovare un caschetto e degli occhiali polarizzati che mi interessavano. Unico appunto... provata la bicicletta dissi al venditore di dare un'occhiata al cambio, perché aveva bisogno di una regolata.Cosa che non fece, infatti quando ritirai la bici il cambio era tale e quale. L'ho portata la settimana successiva a registrare il cambio. Il meccanico mi conferma che è normale portarla dopo una settimana di utilizzo, ma comunque il cambio era proprio fuori di un bel po'. Oltre al fatto che dopo la prima settimana di utilizzo mi sono quasi seduto per terra, la sella non era proprio fissata bene. A nice shop, stocked with many e-bikes, MTBs, racing and gravel bikes.
