Complimenti ragazzi, continuate così, non cambiate. Vi auguro tanto successo. I don't know them in person yet but I made a purchase of a bike (by phone) and I can already say that these guys are Gentlemen (with a capital S) both for the price they offered me and for the kindness with which they gave me assisted by telephone. E	Edoardo Dicati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrati oggi per la prima volta per chiedere informazioni per un prodotto per nostra figlia e la situazione era assurda: 3addetti senza mascherina (2con la mascherina al collo e 1proprio senza), 1cliente al banco anche lui con mascherina al collo, un altro cliente per fortuna con la mascherina posizionata bene. Un addetto si avvicina e menomale mette su la mascherina, chiediamo e ci dice di parlare con l’altro addetto, quello senza mascherina. Questo ci ha spiegato tutto stando distante (perché sicuramente con mia figlia in braccio di 18mesi io non mi avvicinavo) ma senza mai dare il cenno di una scusa qualsiasi per andare a prendere una mascherina. Oggi forse avremmo anche avuto piacere di comprare ma dopo questa situazione assurda preferisco dare i soldi a chi li merita...loro non mi vedranno mai più... Ho visto amici e parenti soffrire per il covid ed ho un’attività anch’io per cui so cosa stiamo passando tutti a livello economico...e la colpa è anche di queste persone... Ho dato una stella ma non meritare nemmeno quella! This explained everything from being far away (because surely with my 18-month-old daughter in my arms I would not go near it) but without ever giving the hint of any excuse to go and get a mask. Today maybe we would also have liked to buy but after this absurd situation I prefer to give money to those who deserve it ... they will never see me again ... I have seen friends and relatives suffer from covid and I have a business too so I know what we are all going through economically ... and the fault lies with these people too ... I gave a star but I don't deserve that either!

Personale validissimo e professionale, la gentilezza caponeggia nel negozio per tutto lo staff, oltre alla vendita del nuovo vi è anche la vendita dell'usato, non può mancare una validissima officina che vi rimette al nuovo la vostra bicicletta o vi installa accessori extra. Agevole per arrivarci e parcheggio privato. Stesso negozio anche a Imola. Consiglio vivamente! !! Had some issues with my shifter and chain, stepped into the shop, and even when there where other customers, I was helped immediately. they prepped my bike, so I could go out for a ride the next day.
