Da clienti entriamo nel loro negozio e nessuno ci accoglie.
Dopo 5-6.minuti di autointrattenimento ci viene detto da uno dei due fratelli che sono entrambi impegnati e non possono darci ascolto.
L'altro fratello non alza neanche lo sguardo per salutare (forse stava progettando la nuova cappella sistina!).
Siamo andati via con la sensazione di aver disturbato inopportunamente il sacro lavoro!
Quindi questi due imprenditori non sanno cosa volevamo acquistare, né noi abbiamo compreso come andrebbero approcciati, magari fissando un appuntamento?

From customers we enter their shop and nobody welcomes us.
After 5-6 minutes of self-entertainment we are told by one of the two brothers who are both busy and can not listen to us.
The other brother does not even look up to greet (perhaps he was planning the new sistine chapel!).
We left with the feeling of inconveniently disturbing the sacred work!
So these two entrepreneurs do not know what we wanted to buy, nor did we understand how they should be approached, maybe setting an appointment?
