Che dire: mah..
Anche a richiamarmi a chiedere come è andata la visita ci vuole un coraggio da leoni.. Una stella perché non riesco a fare meno..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati, il dipendente mi ha riattaccato il telefono apostrofandomi come ignorante.
Inaffidabili, per due volte e per due immobili differenti l'appuntamento mi è stato annullato la sera prima via whats app senza neanche alzare la cornetta.
Incompetenti, non si prendono neanche la briga di rispondere ai messaggi.
Fanno solo perdere un sacco di tempo. ATTENZIONE!
Rude, the employee hung up the phone calling me ignorant.
Unreliable, twice and for two different properties, the appointment was canceled the night before via whats app without even picking up the phone.
Incompetent, they don't even bother to reply to messages.
They only waste a lot of time. WARNING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza che risponde al telefono (quando ha voglia di rispondere) lo fa in maniera sempre molto scocciata e svogliata e sempre molto poco professionale.
Per non parlare poi, del Titolare/agente immobiliare che dopo avermi fatto visionare non uno ma ben tre appartamenti allo stesso civico ( io avevo fatto richiesta scritta tramite questionario di uno in particolare dei tre appartamenti e l'agente era stato informato di farmi visionare quello non scelto da me) dopo che avevo fatto presente della mia preferenza e dopo avergli dato tutte le informazioni possibili e immaginabili comprese tutte le sicurezze economiche da fornire al proprietario , mi ha fatto fare una proposta d'affitto e che avrebbe provveduto lui a parlare bene di me!
Mi ha fatto fare la proposta d'affitto con relativo anticipo per sentirmi dire, dopo piu o meno 10 gg che il proprietario non accettava la mia proposta perché preferiva un doppio reddito, quando gli avevo dato anche i dati dei miei gentitori e che avrebbero potuto farmi da garante!
E addirittura si era dimenticato di tante premesse che gli avevo fatto al momento della visita all appartamento dicendo che non gliele avevo mai dette!
Che dire ...ho solo perso un sacco di tempo e preso tanto nervoso inutilmente!
Una Stella perché non posso metterne zero!

I did make the proposed rent with corresponding advance to be told, after more or less 10 days that the owner did not accept my proposal because he preferred a double income, when the data of my gentitori had also given and that they could be my sponsor!
And even he had forgotten to many assumptions that I made at the time of the visit of the apartment saying there had never called them to him!
What about ... I just lost a lot of time and needlessly taken so nervous!
A star because I can't put zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ conosco personalmente lo staff da diversi anni e devo dire che non concordo assolutamente con qualche irrilevante recensione negativa. Avendo avuto occasione di avere la necessità dei loro servizi per diverse occasioni non ho mai riscontrato alcuna indisponibilità da parte del personale. Per quanto riguarda la segretaria ho sempre notato la Sua completa disponibilità nell'ascoltare e riferire le mie esigenze. Altrettanto posso confermare per il Sig Giuseppe e l'intero staff.
Non concordo con qualche recensione negativa che obiettivamente non fa altro che mettere in cattiva luce uno staff funzionale, veloce ed educato verso i clienti.
I have known the staff personally for several years and I have to say that I absolutely disagree with some irrelevant negative reviews. Having had the opportunity to have the need for their services for several occasions I have never encountered any unavailability from the staff. As for the secretary, I have always noticed your complete availability in listening and reporting my needs. Equally I can confirm for Mr. Giuseppe and the entire staff.
I do not agree with some negative reviews that objectively do nothing but put a functional, fast and polite staff in a bad light towards customers.
