I disagi che ci sono statati creati sono stati un sacco, come i soldi che abbiamo perso. Questo perchè non è stata rispettata la data di rogito stabilita in fase di compromesso, nè per colpa nostra nè per colpa della parte venditrice. Tutta questa situazione ci ha creato un sacco di inconvenienti, tipo l'aumento del tasso del mutuo, mobili già ordinati e arrivati dei quali abbiamo dovuto pagare il deposito in un magazzino, etc.. Loro ovviamente si sono discolpati fino alla fine.. Abbiamo pagato TANTO per un servizio, anzi disservizio, pessimo. Se potessi mettere ZERO stelle lo farei!! If buying a house should be a dream .. for me and my partner it was a nightmare !!!! The inconveniences that have been created for us have been a lot, like the money we have lost. This is because the deed date established in the compromise phase was not respected, neither through our fault nor through the fault of the seller. This whole situation has created a lot of inconveniences, such as the increase in the mortgage rate, furniture already ordered and arrived of which we had to pay the deposit in a warehouse, etc. They obviously cleared themselves up to the end .. We paid a LOT for a service, or rather disservice, very bad. If I could put ZERO stars I would!

P	Patatì Patatà Come Te on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai concluso un acquisto con loro perché non mi hanno dato una sicurezza in fatto di acquisto casa. Avevo visto una casa a Legnano che ho scoperto poi trovarsi in una zona estremamente brutta e, a mio parere, anche non molto sicura dato che di fianco all'abitazione c'era un palazzo intero pericolante occupato abusivamente. Successivamente, mi hanno consigliato di fare il mutuo e avere la consegna delle chiavi 6 mesi dopo il rogito perché a detta loro "i padroni di casa dovevano avere tempo di trovarne un'altra". Non voglio criticare i loro metodi di vendita ma fare una cosa simile voleva dire iniziare a pagare un mutuo nella speranza che 6 mesi dopo i padroni della casa se ne andassero, cosa che nessuno di solito fa. Penso sia sempre il solito problema delle agenzie immobiliari che vogliono vendere a tutti i costi e basta. Sicuramente sono preparati come agenti immobiliari perché è chiaro ma non mi sono sentita sicura. I never made a purchase with them because they didn't give me a home purchase security.
