★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fin dal primo incontro con il Sig. Rago ho avuto la senzazione di trovarmi di fronte ad una persona seria, della cui professionalita' potevo fidarmi. E cosi' e' stato. E' riuscito a vendere il mio appartamento in un momento certo molto difficile, come lo sono stati i mesi passati, lo ha fatto attraverso una trattativa limpida che credo abbia soddisfatto sia me che gli acquirenti. L'insieme del lavoro dell'agenzia e' stato svolto in modo professionale: la pubblicizzazione sui siti e le vetrine dell'agenzia, l'organizzazione delle visite molto ben curata dalla Signora Antonella, il rapporto trasparente tenuto con noi sull'andamento della sua attivita', la tempestivita' nel rispondere ai miei quesiti. In tempi dove la qualita' del lavoro, intesa nel senso piu' complessivo, tende a mio parere a decadere, e' veramente importante trovare chi ancora sa svolgere bene la propria professione, garantendo la soddisfazione dei propri clienti!

Sin da subito il signor Pasquale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e professionale nel svolgere il suo lavoro. Nella fase finale della compravendita sono stata seguita dalla sig.ra Antonella anche lei sempre disponibile; dopo il rogito sta continuando ad aiutarmi in modo preciso e puntuale. Un unico piccolo dettaglio che durante il rogito abbiamo scoperto che la casa, a causa degli aggiornamenti delle normative sulla certificazione della classe energetica,per una rivalutazione della scala energetica è passata da C ad E, ovviamente nessuna colpa dell'agenzia solo sarebbe stato più corretto aggiornare la certificazione prima del rogito, nonostante questa piccola svista non posso che ringraziarvi per l'ottimo lavoro svolto. Se dovete acquistare casa consiglio assolutamente questa agenzia.

Questa valutazione deriva da un’ esperienza negativa avuta non con il personale della agenzia, bensì con la scarsa capacità di comunicazione adottata da un loro agente.
Per farla breve io e la mia ragazza abbiamo fatto una visita ad una casa e ci è piaciuta molto, tanto da fissare 4 giorni dopo un appuntamento per effettuare una proposta di acquisto.
Due giorni prima della data di proposta vengo contattato dall’agente che mi richiede la lista di documenti da portare insieme ad un assegno bancario per effettuare la proposta di acquisto, ed io comunico telefonicamente la mia grande volontà di avere quella casa e di portare tutti i documenti e di firmare per l’acquisto. Fino a qui tutto bene , se non fosse che il giorno prima vengo chiamato e semplicemente avvisato che avevano ritirato un’altra proposta e quindi non avrei potuto far nulla.
Puntualizzo che io sapevo solo e soltanto che loro avrebbero per questi 3 giorni continuato le visite. Se fossi stato avvisato della possibilità di avere altre proposte prima della mia avrei sicuramente anticipato al giorno dopo l’appuntamento.
Capisco la volontà di avere il prima possibile il pagamento delle provvigioni, ma ogni tanto un po’ di etica lavorativa non fa male.

In short, my girlfriend and I paid a visit to a house and we liked it very much, so much so that we made an appointment 4 days after an appointment to make a purchase proposal.
Two days before the date of the proposal I am contacted by the agent who asks me for the list of documents to bring together with a bank check to make the purchase proposal, and I communicate by telephone my great desire to have that house and to bring all the documents and to sign for the purchase. So far so good, except that the day before I was called and simply informed that they had withdrawn another proposal and therefore I would not have been able to do anything.
I point out that I only knew that they would have continued the visits for these 3 days. If I had been advised of the possibility of having other proposals before mine, I would certainly have anticipated the day after the appointment.
I understand the desire to have the commissions paid as soon as possible, but every now and then a bit of work ethic does not hurt.
