In questo tempo la piadina ha assunto l'importanza che merita ed è divenuto uno dei piatti più caratteristici dello street food. Ottime piadine sia per l'impasto che per i condimenti.
Molto carina la location anche se situata in fondo ad una zona industriale.
Personale molto cordiale, l'unica nota negativa è una ragazza giovane che pur essendo cordiale sembrava svogliata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informacja mówi, że czynne od 17:30. Zamknięte. Pukam. Dziewczyna rozmawia ze mną przez zamkniętą roletę. Pytam po angielsku czy jest czynne. "Otwieramy o szóstej". Pytam czy można płacić kartą i czy jest piwo. "Dopo". Jestem głodny jak wilk, poczekam, choć rozmowa przez roletę już mnie zniechęciła. Zjem, wypiję piwo i dokończę ocenę. Poprosiłem piadinę z pikantnym salami i mozzarellą. Zrobione szybko, może nawet za szybko, bo mozzarellą w środku była częściowo chłodna, nie roztopiona, a chyba nie o to chodzi, nie tak? Trzy gwiazdki, bo piwo było zimne i można było zapłacić kartą, choć pani jak zobaczyła, że wyciągam smartphone to się trochę wystraszyła... Trzy gwiazdki, nie więcej.

Done quickly, maybe even too fast, because the mozzarella inside was partially cool, not melted, and that's not the point, isn't it? Three stars, because the beer was cold and you could pay by card, although when you saw that I was taking out my smartphone, you got a little scared ... Three stars, no more.

Ho trovato ragazze fantastiche con cui chiaccherare ed estremamente cordiali anche ad orari indecenti.
Le loro piadine hanno un impasto meravigliosamente croccante sulla superficie e morbide all'interno, spaziale.
Io amo la piadina salsiccia e cipolla e qui ne ho trovata una ottima.
Io la consiglio!
Ps: c'è anche un piccolo tendone mezzo aperto dove sedersi, così è possibile fermarsi per un boccone senza green pass
