★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante avessi comprato 4 paia di scarpe oggi e altre 4 un altro giorno mi hanno trattato come se non fossi cliente affezionata e abituale. ho comprato a viale libia 3 paia di scarpe e ordinato un paio a via ugo ojetti e mi hanno fatto pagare di più rispetto al prezzo dell altro negozio dandomi come giustificazione che dipende dal negozio e dalla giacenza di magazzino. trattandosi dello stesso paio di scarpe e stesso negozio i prezzi dovrebbero essere uguali. cmq penso che un cliente abituale dovrebbe essere "coccolato" e mantenuto. per pochi euro non tratterei in questo modo neanche un cliente occasionale.
Although I bought 4 pairs of shoes today and another 4 another day they treated me as if I was not a regular customer. I bought 3 pairs of shoes in viale libia and ordered a pair in via ugo ojetti and they made me pay more than the price of the other shop, giving me as a justification that depends on the shop and the warehouse stock. since it is the same pair of shoes and the same shop, prices should be the same. cmq I think that a regular customer should be "pampered" and maintained. for a few euros I would not treat even an occasional customer in this way.
