I prezzi sono parametrati alla qualità dei capi, in periodo di saldi si trovano ottime opportunità. Personale in tilt, sovraccarico e insofferente, che bisogna attendere per mezz’ora, per ottenere un servizio necessariamente frettoloso vista la mole di clienti in attesa. Dopo la fatica dell’ acquisto anche pagare comporta un’altra attesa, essendoci una sola cassa, di frequente alle prese con qualche intoppo. Per una boutique che vende prodotti di quel livello, non è accettabile. Non so se è un caso che questo calo generale coincida con l’assenza della proprietaria, che da mesi non vedo più in negozio. Capisco che a Natale vi sia tanta gente ma l'organizzazione fa parte anzi dovrebbe fare parte del lavoro ..sul sito appare come negozio Barbour ...morale dopo un'ora hanno candidamente detto "vendiamo solo on line".. Spero migliorino comunque io non ci troverò Crowded untidy and poorly managed. I understand that at Christmas there are a lot of people but the organization is part indeed it should be part of the job .. on the site it appears as a Barbour shop ... morale after an hour they candidly said "we only sell online" .. I hope they improve however I will not find us

Tutti coloro che ci lavorano sono gentili, preparati e sorridenti, nonostante il lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, spesso sia logorante. I prezzi della merce offerta, spesso ,sono un pochino più bassi della concorrenza, in più, a volte, al cliente viene fatta un'ulteriore 'carezza', sul prezzo, già ottimo. Mi piace, Fabio D S.
