Prenoto un viaggio per l'estero ma quando gli chiedo di cambiarmi l'albergo(loro avevano già scelti il peggiore e il meno caro senza dirmi che potevo scegliere io)viste le brutte recensioni si rifiutano e mi mandano a discutere dall'altra parte del globo con quelli dell'Eden viaggi per farmi cambiare resort...Ho passato 1notte in un resort da incubo e alla fine pagato anche il trasferimento in taxi ad un altro e alla fine ho perso un giorno di vacanza su 7gg pagati 1900€
Forget if you want to book a trip that is not more than a train ticket! I book a trip abroad but when I ask him to change the hotel (they had already chosen the worst and the least expensive without telling me that I could choose) given the bad reviews they refuse and send me to discuss on the other side of the globe with those of Eden travel to make me change resort ... I spent 1 night in a nightmare resort and in the end also paid the taxi transfer to another and in the end I lost a day of vacation on 7 days paid 1900 €
