Ho aspettato almeno 5 minuti di orologio che la signora - titolare, terminasse la sua inutile telefonata con l'amica di turno. Se non fosse per una gentilezza che mi avevano chiesto, mi sarei alzata e me ne sarei andata. I went to this agency for a train ticket. And it will be the last time I enter. Fino alla ns partenza il 25 di agosto quando in aereoporto, oltre alle foto tessera x il visto che non avevamo, hanno rifiutato l imbarco di uno dei bambini xche la carta d identita scadeva prima dei sei mesi, con conseguenza un intera famiglia a terra e noi in viaggio non vi dico in che stato d animo.... un esperienza bruttissima Ora io mi chiedo a cosa sia servito affidarsi ad una agenzia, on line avrei avuto lo stesso servizio con la consapevolezza che sarei dovuta andare io a cercare informazioni oltre sicuramente al risparmio.
