Ho acquistato un biglietto per un autobus Flixbus Roma L'Aquila con prenotazione di partenza alle h 8 e30, con la premessa che su 7.99€ hanno preso ben 2 € di commissioni aggiuntive, il mio autobus è stato spostato di un ora già da 3 o 4 gg prima della partenza e non sono stata avvertita in alcun modo nonostante avessero i miei recapiti. Se c'è questa poca serietà per i piccoli viaggi immagino per il resto.... I 2€ aggiuntivi erano per chiamarmi e non per consegnarmi un biglietto per poi fregarsene!!! Negative experience ... I bought a ticket for a Flixbus Rome L'Aquila bus with a departure reservation at 8.30 am, with the premise that on € 7.99 they took € 2 in additional commissions, my bus was moved by a now 3 or 4 days before departure and I have not been warned in any way despite having my contact details. If there is this lack of seriousness for small trips I guess for the rest .... The additional € 2 was for calling me and not for giving me a ticket and then not giving a damn !!!

Devo dire che Elena, titolare di questa Agenzia, si è rivelata fin da subito una persona eccezionale, altamente preparata, con grande professionalità e notevole sensibilità. Ha sempre capito cosa cercavamo immedesimandosi in ognuno di noi. Con la sua gentilezza e la sua concreta disponibilità, riesce sempre a mettere a proprio agio il cliente, guidandolo alla scelta migliore. Inoltre io ed i miei cari ci siamo trovati improvvisamente quest'estate a dover affrontare un grave lutto in famiglia ed Elena ci è stata accanto... anche per la risoluzione della pratica assicurativa inerente il viaggio che avevamo prenotato. I must say that Elena, owner of this agency, immediately proved to be an exceptional person, highly trained, with great professionalism and considerable sensitivity. He always understood what we were looking for by identifying himself with each of us.
