Hanno ridato vita ai miei capelli spenti e sfibrati e realizzato un bellissimo balayage. Per non parlare della cortesia e dell'accoglienza ricevuta. Gentilissime e bravissime. Per la prima volta entro con un'idea ed esco ancora più felice? I went to them for the first time today and I was very satisfied. L	Lucia Ambrosio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto il salone di Chiara due mesi fa, cercando un professionista che sapesse restituire un aspetto più sano e giovanile ai miei capelli spenti, secchi e stressati dopo tante, tantissime decolorazioni sbagliate. Sono entrata con l'idea di (ri)tingerli subito, ma Chiara mi ha invitata ad avere pazienza e provare uno dei loro pacchetti ristrutturanti e ammetto che ho fatto bene a seguire il suo consiglio: i capelli sono tornati morbidi e luminosi e dopo un paio di sedute di trattamento sono tornata a casa con uno splendido bayalage, esattamente il tipo di lavoro che avevo in mente dall'inizio e che Chiara ha saputo ascoltare, capire ed eseguire anche meglio di ogni mia aspettativa. Da mesi ero stanca della mia immagine e non mi illudevo più di poter uscire soddisfatta da un parrucchiere, ma grazie a lei e alle sue ragazze (tutte estremamente gentili e professionali) ora voglio di nuovo bene ai miei capelli biondi! Grazie! <3 I met Chiara's salon two months ago, looking for a professional who knew how to restore a healthier and more youthful look to my dull, dry and stressed hair after many, many wrong bleaches. I came in with the idea of (re) dyeing them immediately, but Chiara invited me to be patient and try one of their restructuring packages and I admit that I was right to follow her advice: the hair is back soft and shiny and after a couple of treatment sessions I returned home with a splendid bayalage, exactly the kind of job I had in mind from the beginning and that Chiara was able to listen, understand and perform even better than my expectations. For months I was tired of my image and no longer fooled myself that I could go out satisfied by a hairdresser, but thanks to her and her girls (all extremely kind and professional) now I love my blonde hair again! Thanks! <3

SORRISO negli occhi, IMPECCABILE l'accoglienza, PROFESSIONALE e qualitativamente molto alta la consulenza per il trattamento consigliato (i miei capelli li avevo trascurati e stressati), PRECISA e corretta l'esposizione del preventivo e dei passaggi che avrei affrontato in ogni fase. il risultato è stato meraviglioso, Bayalage perfetto, Colore perfetto, Taglio perfetto, Piega Perfetta ... ho guadagnato 10 anni di benessere. Grazie Chiara, Rossella, Barbara ed Arianna ... se ho dimenticato qualche nome perdonatemi ... Grazie a tutte voi. A presto. Ho prenotato una tinta per il venerdì pomeriggio alle 17.30 dal momento che avevo un matrimonio il sabato mattina presto. Mentre vi avvio verso il negozio, alle 17.15, ricevo un loro messaggio che mi chiede di posticipare alle 18. Mi presento quindi all'orario stabilito. Mi siedo e nessuno mi chiede a che ora avessi appuntamenti, e anzi, mi domandano se sono Michela delle 18. Faccio presente, con estremo garbo, alle 18.30, che ho un appuntamento importante in serata e devo essere fuori alle 19.30. Mi lasciano fino alle 19.00 seduta senza dire nulla e riferendosi al disservizio come a un LIEVE "ritardo" e con un tono di presupponenza davvero inappropriato. Alle 19.15 mi tolgo la camicia (ancora nessuno aveva fatto nulla) e faccio presente che mi avevano messa in grossa difficoltà e che ormai non avevo tempo. Ho preferito rischiare di presentarmi all'evento senza tinta piuttosto che premiare la non professionalità dando loro i miei soldi. Di fronte ho trovato una ragazza deliziosa che mi ha aiutata facendomi una tinta di emergenza dato che da loro avevo aspettato 2 ore senza ricevere scuse. Ho saltato il mio appuntamento ma, almeno, sono andata altrove. Bad experience (can't put 0 stars)! I booked a tint for Friday afternoon at 5.30 as I had a wedding early Saturday morning. As I walk you towards the shop, at 5.15 pm, I receive a message from them asking me to postpone it at 6 pm. I sit down and no one asks me what time I had appointments, and indeed, they ask me if I am Michela at 6 pm. I point out, with extreme grace, at 6.30 pm, that I have an important appointment in the evening and I must be out at 7.30 pm. They leave me sitting until 19.00 without saying anything and referring to the disservice as a SLIGHT "delay" and with a very inappropriate tone of assumption. At 7.15 pm I take off my shirt (no one had done anything yet) and I point out that they had put me in great difficulty and that by now I didn't have time. I preferred to risk showing up to the event without dye rather than rewarding unprofessionalism by giving them my money. In front of me I found a lovely girl who helped me by making me an emergency dye since I had waited 2 hours from them without receiving an apology. I missed my date but, at least, I went elsewhere.
