Non avevano fatto nulla, si erano dimenticati di aprire il cid alla compagnia, e di comunicarlo per la nomina del perito. Un mese buttato al vento. Se non fossi passato io a chiedere informazioni, ne sarebbero passati due senza concludere niente.
I had a short experience with this bodywork, and I was very disappointed. I waited over a month for a cid, without any feedback. They had done nothing, they had forgotten to open the cid to the company, and to communicate it for the appointment of the expert. A month thrown in the wind. If I had not gone to ask for information, two would have passed without concluding anything.
