★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotazione cancellata da parte dei gestori una settimana prima del viaggio per un non ben chiarito problema con la carta (nonostante avessimo scelto il pagamento in struttura all'arrivo), senza nessun tentativo di contatto da parte loro. Immediatamente appena ricevuta la mail di cancellazione abbiamo contattato i gestori ma la camera era già stata data ad altri… abbiamo dovuto cercare altrove in pochissimo tempo. Assolutamente inaffidabili.
 Booking canceled by the managers one week before the trip due to an unclear problem with the card (despite having chosen the payment in the structure on arrival), without any attempt to contact them. Immediately upon receiving the cancellation email we contacted the managers but the room had already been given to others ... we had to look elsewhere in no time. Absolutely unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una vacanza per un fine settimana a Firenze e per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo di peggio! B&b tranquillo, situato in posizione centrale, a due passi dal Duomo! Camere abbastanza spaziose con un bel bagno! L'unico difetto è la serratura della porta di ingresso, posizionata molto più in basso del normale ?
I booked a weekend getaway in Florence and for what I paid I expected worse! Quiet B&B, centrally located, a stone's throw from the Duomo! Fairly spacious rooms with a nice bathroom! The only flaw is the lock on the entrance door, which is positioned much lower than normal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scoperta, abbiamo prenotato insieme ad amiche per il capodanno. Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla ma all’ultimo momento un’amica per ragioni personali non ha potuto partecipare. Il signor Massimo è stato gentilissimo e comprensivo della situazione e ci ha conteggiato la tripla come una doppia senza costi aggiuntivi. Locale pulito, spazioso, silenzioso, dotato di bagno ristrutturato da poco, servizio wi-fi gratuito, presenti anche un ulteriore lavandino e frigo bar. Posizione centrale, ottima per chi come noi vuole godersi Firenze e le sue meraviglie. Colazione servita al costo dì 5€ in un bar convenzionato vicino. Possibilità di ultilizzare la stanza oltre il classico orario dì check out. Consigliatissimo, quando tornerò a Firenze vi soggiornerò sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato
Excellent discovery, we booked together with friends for the new year. We booked a triple room but at the last moment a friend was unable to attend for personal reasons. Mr. Massimo was very kind and understanding of the situation and counted the triple as a double at no additional cost. Clean, spacious, quiet room, equipped with a recently renovated bathroom, free wi-fi service, there is also an additional sink and mini bar. Central location, excellent for those like us who want to enjoy Florence and its wonders. Breakfast served at a cost of € 5 in a nearby bar. Possibility of using the room after the classic check out time. Highly recommended, when I return to Florence I will definitely stay there. Absolutely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This B&B is pretty much in the heart of the city, and is a quick 15min walk from the train station (Santa Novella) and two blocks from the Catthedral The rooms are average in size and very quite and very clean. A special mention to the extremely friendly service at the reception.

Giving 4 stars because the bed was a little cranky, mattress seemed really old. Some fixtures are really old and dusty, could use a new touch.
