A	Adriana Vallejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se è un bel posto, molto comodo per la sua ubicazione la casa è abbastanza pulita ma li manca manutenzione nelle cose proprie della casa esempio le maniglie delle porte sono tutti cadute, rischia di rimanere rinchiuse dentro il bagno (doccia), o oppure il armadio della stanzetta sta per cadere, ma se arrivate più di 6 persone dovete comprare piatti perché non c'è ne, ne meno tazze per la colazione adirettura se si vuole fare un uovo oppure una frittata... È la padella non c'è... Cmq è soltanto di mettere apposto un po la casa e via..... Assenza totale di serietà, alle chiamate non rispondono e se rispondono dicono che informeranno il proprietario che si occuperà di fare il bonifico, intanto io è 2 mesi che aspetto. L'host è stato molto disponibile e gentile, velocissimo a esaudire le nostre richieste. Raccomandatissimo prestige house! Lo risceglieremo sicuramente! I spent a super comfortable and pleasant stay in the heart of Florence! The apartment was stocked with everything and the cleanliness was unbeatable! The host was very helpful and kind, very quick to fulfill our requests. Highly recommended prestige house! We will definitely pick it up again!

CONS: Doors inside don't have handles, so if you close the door you will get locked in... / Window in the master bedroom is partly broken, with glass shards still hanging. / Apartment was not cleaned, the floors were sticky as if someone spilled cola. / No hot water.
