L'appartamento esposto al sole del pomeriggio non ha una tenda per il terrazzino
Per il resto è un normale condominio di mare
There is no Wi-Fi which is important for everyone nowadays
The apartment exposed to the afternoon sun does not have an awning for the terrace
For the rest it is a normal seaside condominium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gruppo condominiale costruito verso la fine degli anni '70 di 100 appartamenti situato in Viale Venezia, viale principale di ingresso a Porto Santa Margherita di Caorle. Il condominio é diviso in due blocchi da 50 appartamenti suddivisi in 5 piani di 10 appartamenti per piano, metà si affacciano sul viale principale mentre gli altri sui parcheggi tra questo condominio e quello della zona pedonale.
Gli appartamenti sono di diverse metrature e pertanto con un numero variabile di posti letto.
La qualità delle finiture, quando originarie, sono abbastanza base mentre in quelli oggetto di ristrutturazione e riarredo, da parte dei diversi proprietari, hanno dato un'impronta più aggiornata alle normative e ai nuovi materiali.
Condominium group built towards the end of the 70s of 100 apartments located in Viale Venezia, the main entrance avenue to Porto Santa Margherita di Caorle. The condominium is divided into two blocks of 50 apartments divided into 5 floors of 10 apartments per floor, half overlook the main avenue while the others overlook the parking lots between this condominium and that of the pedestrian area.
The apartments are of different sizes and therefore with a variable number of beds.
The quality of the finishes, when original, are quite basic while in those subject to renovation and refurbishment, by the various owners, they have given a more up-to-date imprint to the regulations and new materials.
