Una volta arrivato alla filiale di destinazione, la consegna è un incubo: risulta in consegna ma il corriere non passa e segnala che non è stato possibile consegnare per mancata presenza del destinatario o addirittura si inventano la dicitura "indirizzo errato". Professionalità pari a (anzi sotto) zero. Non lasciano avvisi, non chiamano mai, non rispondono mai al telefono. Se hanno provato a consegnarti il pacco ad esempio il lunedì, dopo riprovano a consegnarlo il lunedì successivo. L'unico sistema per recuperare un pacco da loro è quello di andare direttamente alla loro sede in via grimm, dove il personale, con aria scocciata ti da assistenza mal volenteri. Ahinoi, se poi chiedi qualche tariffa per spedire con loro... sembra che non hanno voglia di lavorare.... Chi li capisce a questi signori!!!! Non sò come facciano. Scadenti, su tutta la linea. Statene alla larga. La mia spedizione è ferma da giorni in filiale e viene continuamente contrassegnata con INDIRIZZO ERRATO, ma l'indirizzo è corretto ed è solo un modo per giustificare la mancata consegna, perché evidentemente il corriere non vuol prendersi la briga di consegnare un solo pacco e aspetta di cumularne altri. Non bussano mai, lasciano l’avviso con il numero di telefono a cui non rispondono. Dopo diversi tentativi siamo riusciti a contattare l’ufficio per ricevere una rispostaccia alle nostre rimostranze educate. Al posto dell'ora del presunto passaggio mettono una firma. Se potessi, metterei zero stelle per il pessimo servizio. For a month and a half we have been housebound and have received dozens of shipments, but not from this courier.
