fin sotto il vostro mezzo. Non c'è alcun personale addetto a caricare la MERCE sul vostro mezzo.
Esperienza negativa!!!
Le mie rimostranze arriveranno anche alla sede del venditore che non cura questo importante servizio.

right under your vehicle. There is no staff assigned to load the GOODS onto your vehicle.
Bad experience !!!
My grievances will also come to the location of the seller who does not take care of this important service.

I don't know if I was lucky but for me everything was perfect! Packages delivered in excellent condition, despite coming from Germany, and on schedule! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi aspettavo un pacco messo in consegna e dopo aver aspettato una intera mattinata guardando la tracciabilità sul sito DHL vedo che è stato consegnato e non so a chi. Purtroppo non è la prima volta che non si degnano di citofonare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza di consegna spedizione tutto sommato positiva. Consegna rapida, nessun inconveniente. L'unico commento negativo riguarda la distanza di questo punto di ritiro rispetto al centro urbano, cosa che rende poco agevole e conveniente la ricezione di pacchi. Esistono altri punti di ritiro in città, ma in alcuni casi (come il mio) non sono possibili, e si deve andare al centro di smistamento principale. Un punto di ritiro più centrale non sarebbe male.
Overall positive shipping delivery experience. Fast delivery, no inconvenience. The only negative comment concerns the distance of this collection point from the city center, which makes it difficult and convenient to receive parcels. There are other collection points in the city, but in some cases (like mine) they are not possible, and you have to go to the main sorting center. A more central pickup point wouldn't be bad.
