Pochi giorni fa ho ne ho eseguito un altra però internazionale, tutto andato sempre a buon fine con consegna in pochi giorni. Avevo chiamato al centralino per informazioni sul numero spedizione e hanno risposto con professionalità. I have entrusted myself to this company for the second time. Dal 14 03 22 era prevista la consegna di un pacco per il quale hanno affermato che il destinatario è sconosciuto o indirizzo incompleto, ho chiamato per sapere cosa mancava e di conseguenza aggiornare i dati cosa che non mi lasciano fare dato che sono destinatario e non mittente ho quindi mandato le mail al mittente che ha sollecitato ben 3 volte la rimessa in consegna con gli aggiornamenti comunicati e ogni mattina sul sito di tracking viene visualizzato la messa in consegna e ogni pomeriggio alle 14 viene rinviato al giorno seguente senza motivazioni. Chiamo nuovamente è guarda caso che gli aggiornamenti non li hanno considerati. Oggi 17 di nuovo la stessa cosa chiamo subito e nessuna risposta. Ricevuto il lunedì 21. CON BRT COMPRATE A NATALE PER RISCEVERE A PASQUA Incompetent, unavailable and great manipulators. Nei primi giorni di dicembre (ben prima, quindi, del traffico natalizio) esperienza di tracking assolutamente inattendibile e ricerca della spedizione difficoltosa. Appena sufficiente l'assistenza telefonica. Nessuna agevolazione da parte del centro di smistamento. Pacco pervenuto con notevole ritardo rispetto ai termini previsti. In the first days of December (well before the Christmas traffic) absolutely unreliable tracking experience and difficult shipment search. Telephone assistance is just enough. No facilitation by the sorting center. Parcel received with considerable delay with respect to the deadlines.

Un'azienda come la Bartolini dovrebbe scegliere per bene i propri dipendenti soprattutto quelli che non possono vedere i propri clienti di presenza e che quindi dovrebbero trasmettere gentilezza a chi,aspetta un pacco ,e chiede informazioni in maniera educata... The girl who answers the call center is of a shameful arrogance ... to date ... in 2022 where so many kind and empathic people are looking for work .. I have spoken to this person several times and it is always the same story: rude as hell ! A company like Bartolini should choose its employees well, especially those who cannot see their customers in attendance and who therefore should convey kindness to those who wait for a package and ask for information in a polite manner ...

Ritengo pari a zero la professionalità del personale addetto alla ricezione della clientela che deve ritirare i pacchi, zero in accoglienza, zero in gentilezza, zero sulla volontà di soddisfare la gente, che per disorganizzazione aziendale si reca in sede a ritirare personalmente il pacco. Non osservanza delle norme anticovid del personale tutto, nessuno con dispositivi di sicurezza indosso. Avevo già letto le recensioni scarsissime, ritengo che siano più che meritate. I only put a star because zero is not possible. I believe that the professionalism of the staff in charge of receiving customers who must collect the packages is zero, zero in reception, zero in kindness, zero on the will to satisfy the people, who for business disorganization go to the office to personally collect the package. Non-observance of the anticovid rules of all personnel, no one wearing safety devices. I had already read the very poor reviews, I think they are more than deserved.

I gave them my telephone number in case of any delay or issue, and they never tried to call me trying to solve the "problem" caused by their negligency. I use to buy goods on e-commerce, but Bartolini has to be avoided absolutely. The most unprofessional company I've never seen.
