Norme igieniche anticovid non rispettate (personale senza mascherina), mancanza di professionalità (imballaggio impacciato, carente e inutile) e dignità (ritardi e problemi con la consegna comunicati solo dopo varie sollecitazioni, nemmeno una mail di scuse per un pacco totalmente distrutto). Sconsigliatissimo.
Bad service. Anticovid hygienic standards not respected (staff without a mask), lack of professionalism (clumsy, deficient and useless packaging) and dignity (delays and problems with delivery communicated only after various solicitations, not even an apology email for a totally destroyed package). Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une poste privée d’où l’on peut envoyer des colis. S’agissant des timbres,enveloppes et lettres il vous faudra s’orienter vers un bureau de tabac et une boîte postale de La poste Italiana (rouge).
Malgré cela et la barrière de la langue, le personnel fut sympa et nous réorienta vers une boîte postale.
A private post from where you can send parcels. For stamps, envelopes and letters you will need to go to a tobacconist and a post office box of La Poste Italiana (red).
Despite this and the language barrier, the staff were friendly and redirected us to a post office box.
