Mi è stato detto che pagando con bonifico il pagamento ovviamente entrava domani ma ho chiesto cmq di procedere. L'impiegato si è rifiutato nonostante il mio invito a procedere "per non avere problemi dopo". Sconsiglio vivamente questo luogo. Mi hanno detto di andare stamattina all'apertura per avere il tempo di prepararlo e di farlo ritirare al vettore che passava tra le 11 e le 12. Stamattina ho messo tutte le cose da spedire in due grandi borse da supermercato e prima dell'apertura ero lì. Appena ha aperto ho portato tutto dentro e c'era un impiegato che mi ha detto, con tono anche infastidito, che non avevano pacchi adatti e che avrebbe potuto spedire il tutto in pacchi 30x30. Ovviamente sono rimasto stupito dalla disorganizzazione ancor più perché avevo chiamato il giorno prima. Sono andato da un altro e hanno fatto tutto in pochi minuti. Il peso di tutto era di 18 kg. Eppure in passato c'era una impiegata gentilissima e efficiente! Yesterday I called because I had to send a package, which they should have packed, m.
