Non è solo una botegga dove puoi comprare un buon formaggio ma anche dove puoi avvicinare i bambini a un luogo fantastico ? la mia bimba7anni oggi ha raccontato una favola a suo amico dove la Franca con la magia trasforma il latte in buon ? e anche lo yogurt... Buone le burrate al gorgonzola e curioso l'asiago locale (che se non ricordo male qui si chiama Pernusiago). Fantastiche le panne cotte. Prezzi forse sopra la media, ma la qualità è giusto pagarla.
