★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quite big shop. The display prices not always match what they charge you at the till, so be on your gard. We like there are some Bio products including chicken, however the bread is very bad (we tried most of them). They all tastes very smillar and the next day they are horrible and inedible. It's like eating the white pufy plastic used for packaging, polypropylene. But the worst is that if you put the bread in a bag, it gets covered with mould. I think it indicates that they use very low quality flour, which is made of mouldy grains. That's very disappointing and a health hazard = cancer. For sure we'll never return to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a big supermarket, all what you need, it has a bakery, fruit&vegetables, clothes, dry food, alcohol...etc, also you can self checkout, enough parking lots, the only negative point i found is the language on the products, it’s only in Italian for the most of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend half of my life here as well as most of my paycheck! It's worth it, though, as it's the best supermarket in the area bar-none. They have the freshest produce of any local store with lots of foreign food selections as well. Prices are reasonable, especially if you shop their many sales and weekly discounts. Be sure to get a Fidaty card at the service desk for the discounts...

Staff only 10% are friendly.
They should employ more staff who speak English and other languages being by the borders with Switzerland...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average Esselunga store. We used to shop there for quite some time but we realised that other supermarkets offer much better loyalty programmes than the Fidaty of Esselunga. I would only go there to buy two or three things I cannot find in other supermarkets.
