Il problema era la batteria che mi aveva lasciato a terra nel w-e. Nel prenotare l'appuntamento mi avevano anticipato che avrei dovuto lasciare l'auto per la giornata, con possibile ritiro anche il gg dopo. Recatomi all'appuntamento mi ha accolto un Signore (del quale purtroppo non ho chiesto il nome) che molto gentilmente mi ha chiesto cosa fosse accaduto e senza indugio si è attivato per un controllo immediato dello stato della batteria. Problema ovviamente non grosso, ma l'intelligenza della persona ha capito che era una cosa verificabile e gestibile subito senza inutile attese e/o lasciar lì la macchina che avrebbero fatto perdere tempo a tutti. In pochi istanti ha effettuato i controlli del caso, spiegandomi in ultimo e mostrandomi che la batteria era andata giù ma era comunque in buono stato, non necessitando di alcuna sostituzione. Mi stupisco sempre quando capita, ma questo è un perfetto caso di intelligenza ed efficienza, senza perdersi in burocrazie ed inutili perdite di tempo, dove chi ha voglia di lavorare lo fa e lo fa bene. Spero di non aver bisogno più di interventi meccanici, ma nel caso so che presso Safety Car potrò trovare qualcuno di competente e con la faccia onesta. Grazie! I have just been to Safety Car after making an appointment the day before via the leasing company from which I rented the car. The problem was the battery that I had left on the ground in the w-e. In booking the appointment I was informed that I would have to leave the car for the day, with the possible withdrawal even the following day. At the appointment I was welcomed by a Lord (of whom unfortunately I did not ask for the name) who very kindly asked me what had happened and without delay was activated for an immediate check of the state of the battery. obviously no big problem, but the person's intelligence has realized that it was something verifiable and manageable immediately without unnecessary expectations and / or leave the car there that they would lose no time at all. Within moments he carried out the appropriate inspections, explaining and finally by showing that the battery had gone down but it was still in good condition, it does not require any replacement. I always wonder when it happens, but this is a perfect case of intelligence and efficiency, without getting lost in bureaucracies and useless waste of time, where those who want to work do it and do it well. I hope I no longer need mechanical interventions, but in case I know that at Safety Car I will be able to find someone competent and with an honest face. Thank you!
