★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato soccorso in autostrada la settimana prima di ferragosto, gentili, cordiali, e si sono impegnati moltissimo per recuperare i pezzi ed aggiustare la macchina a cavallo del ferragosto. Super! Non potevo capitare in mani migliori.
I was rescued on the highway the week before mid-August, kind, friendly, and they worked hard to recover the parts and fix the car at the turn of August. Super! I could not happen in better hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In viaggio verso le tanto attese vacanze... Ma la nostra auto ci ha abbandonato! È arrivato lui, all'improvviso senza nemmeno chiamarlo. In pochissimo tempo è riuscito ad aiutarci a trovare una sistemazione per la nostra famiglia e nel frattempo ha sistemato la nostra auto. Grazie a lui abbiamo ripreso il viaggio verso le nostre vacanze!!! Auguro a tutti (naturalmente solo in caso di bisogno) d'incontrare il nostro stesso Angelo della strada!!!
On the way to the long-awaited holidays ... But our car has abandoned us! He arrived, suddenly without even calling him. In a very short time he was able to help us find accommodation for our family and in the meantime he fixed our car. Thanks to him we have resumed the journey towards our holidays !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia e furbizia. Sostituzione di uno pneumatico con uno datato 2014 al costo di 75 euro. Nonostante il soccorso stradale sia compreso nella assicurazione, così come riportato in fattura a costo zero, ha chiesto 20 euro per servizio prestato, ovviamente non fatturato ne il servizio ne lo pneumatico. Dovendo perseguire il viaggio e avendo con me un bimbo di 4 anni e uno di 7 mesi non ho chiesto spiegazioni ma sono andato via alquanto perplesso e disturbato da cotanta furbizia.
Courtesy and cunning. Replacement of a tire with one dated 2014 at a cost of 75 euros. Although roadside assistance is included in the insurance, as reported in the invoice at no cost, it asked 20 euro per service provided, of course it does not turnover the service they tire. Having to pursue the journey with me and having a child of four years and one of seven months I have asked for an explanation but I left somewhat perplexed and disturbed by such cunning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in viaggio con mia figlia ma alle 16 la macchina ci molla in autostrada. Chiamando il soccorso stradale della mia assicurazione è arrivato il sig. Antonio. In officina c'era il figlio, che è un vero meccanico, nel giro di poco ha reperito i pezzi e si è subito messo a lavorare sulla mia macchina. Intanto siamo andati in albergo, pagato dalla assicurazione e alle 16 del giorno dopo la macchina era pronta. Persone veramente gentili, cordiali e professionali e a buon prezzo.

I was traveling with my daughter but at 4pm the car let us down on the highway. Calling the roadside assistance of my insurance, Mr. Antonio. In the workshop there was the son, who is a real mechanic, in a short time he found the pieces and immediately started working on my machine. Meanwhile we went to the hotel, paid for by the insurance and at 16.00 the next day the car was ready. Really nice, friendly and professional people at a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa rimanevo bloccato in autostrada con la macchina ma ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare le persone dell’officina D’Amelio, padre e figlio. Disponibilità massima, professionalità e correttezza come poche volte si incontra. Ho dovuto lasciare l’auto in riparazione e poi tornare a riprenderla ma in tutto questo casino hanno fatto di tutto per rendere più agevole il disagio. Posso solo dire che a distanza di un anno, sapendo di dover tornare da quelle parti per vacanza, mi sono organizzato per partire da Roma per poter portare l’auto a fare un completo tagliando e ne ho approfittato anche per altri lavoretti. Ho chiamato l’officina per organizzarmi con l’appuntamento ed ho ritrovato a distanza di un anno la stessa accoglienza e non hanno fatto mancare acqua, caffè e qualche pasticcino offerto. L’unico rammarico? Che non sono a Roma ?. Ah dimenticavo.......i prezzi? Sempre assolutamente adeguati alle prestazioni e ricambi offerti (magari averli a Roma prezzi ed affidabilità così). Professionalità elevata e competenza completano il mio riscontro.
A year ago I was stuck on the motorway with my car but I was lucky enough to meet the people of the D'Amelio workshop, father and son. Maximum availability, professionalism and fairness as rarely encountered. I had to leave the car for repair and then come back to pick it up but in all this mess they did everything to make the discomfort easier. I can only say that after a year, knowing that I have to go back there for vacation, I organized myself to leave Rome to be able to take the car for a complete service and I also took advantage of it for other jobs. I called the workshop to arrange the appointment and I found the same welcome one year later and they did not lack water, coffee and some pastries offered. The only regret? I'm not in Rome ?. Oh I forgot ....... the prices? Always absolutely adequate for the performances and spare parts offered (maybe having them in Rome with prices and reliability as well). High professionalism and competence complete my feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella disgrazia di aver perso ciò che mi apparteneva per l'incendio sull'autostrada dell'autocarro del trasloco, ho avuto la fortuna di contattare la ditta Aci Global D'Amelio per recuperare la mia auto sopravvissuta al disastro. Il signor D'Amelio in modo rapido ed efficiente ha prelevato la macchina dall'autocarro e presso la sua autofficina l'ha rimessa in sesto consentendomi di riportarla a casa. Devo inoltre ringraziarlo per il supporto e i consigli che mi offerto in tutte le fasi del recupero e per la disponibilità e prontezza con cui ha sempre risposto alle mie chiamate.
