★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spesso si dice che l'aspetto non è tutto ma provate a visitare la struttura e non vi sembrerà di stare in officina. Pulizia,organizzazione,personale adeguatamente addestrato alla risoluzione dei problemi quanto all'accoglienza del cliente. Credetemi ne ho girate tante di "Officine" e a tutt'oggi lo faccio per la Campania e Sud Italia e questa è un esempio da intraprendere,ovviamente ci vogliono i.....requisiti!!
It is often said that appearance is not everything but try to visit the structure and you will not feel like you are in the workshop. Cleanliness, organization, personnel adequately trained in solving problems as for welcoming the customer. Believe me I have shot many of "Officine" and to this day I do it for Campania and Southern Italy and this is an example to be taken, obviously it takes the ..... requirements !!

Per farti il lavoro vogliono garanzia dell'officina del cliente,nonostante ho ripetuto diverse volte che avrei pagato io il lavoro per intero in contanti o carta come preferivano(un soffietto posteriore)! Adesso capisco perché tanta gente non compra più Scania! Assistenza al cliente 0!!!meno male che nei dintorni ci sono officine serie e che offrono cortesia e servizi ai clienti!
1 star is too much ... To get the job done they want the customer's workshop guarantee, although I repeated several times that I would pay for the work in full in cash or card as they preferred (a back gusset)! Now I understand why so many people don't buy Scania anymore! Customer assistance 0 !!! Thank goodness there are serious workshops in the area that offer courtesy and services to customers!
