★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato i prodotti smeg, nulla da dire sulla qualità, anzi sono molto soddisfatta, ma se devo dare un giudizio sul servizio del personale, darei meno di una stella. Completamente irresponsabili, inaffidabili e grande maleducazione verso il cliente. Anni fa non era così, ma adesso evitate quello di Modena e andate altrove se volete acquistare i prodotti. Smeg Italia dovrebbe controllare meglio il servizio dei propri rivenditori.
We bought smeg products, nothing to say about the quality, indeed I am very satisfied, but if I have to give an opinion on the service of the staff, I would give less than one star. Completely irresponsible, unreliable and great rudeness towards the customer. Years ago it wasn't like that, but now avoid the one in Modena and go elsewhere if you want to buy the products. Smeg Italia should better control the service of its resellers.
