Il mio intento era acquistare un appartamento che l’agenzia aveva in vendita. Fin dall’inizio non sono stato seguito come invece, ha fatto un’altra agenzia immobiliare, dove per esempio, a differenza di Smartcasa immobiliare , si sono messi subito in contatto con il mio consulente per informazioni dettagliate sulla mia situazione di mutuo per formulare una giusta proposta con il venditore dell’appartamento. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà per far prorogare la proposta, viste alcune difficoltà trovate con l’istituto bancario. Infine, se avete intenzione di contattare l’agenzia e di firmare, state attenti ad ogni cosa (so che dovrebbe essere sempre così) non siate leggeri e non vi fidate delle parole omesse.
