Tanta gente dentro e fuori il locale a fare il turno, e il servizio informazioni è demandato agli stessi operatori allo sportello che inevitabilmente allungano i tempi di attesa del pubblico. Una città grande come Palermo ha bisogno di un ACI adeguato ai tempi e alle esigenze dei cittadini. It should get a makeover and have more staff behind the counters. It has remained roughly the same as it was thirty years ago, excluding the number mark displays. Lots of people in and out of the venue to take turns, and the information service is entrusted to the same operators at the counter which inevitably lengthen the waiting times of the public. A large city like Palermo needs an ACI that is adequate to the times and needs of its citizens.
