S	Salvatore Spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il centro non è male, anche se un po' vecchiotto. ho portato mio nipote e, non avendo niente da fare, mi sono portato il pc per lavorare un'oretta, essendo un piano interrato, la connessione è davvero scadente (con vodafone). non mi hanno voluto dare la password della wifi, e non ne hanno una per gli ospiti. ho provato a connettermi col cellulare, ma non ci sono prese di corrente in posti utili, tranne in un angolo dove non mi hanno permesso di portare il tavolino (la condivisione della rete via cellulare sciupa molta batteria.) per cui non sono riuscito lavorare. the center is not bad, even if a little old. I brought my nephew and, having nothing to do, I took the pc to work an hour, being a basement, the connection is really poor (with vodafone). they didn't want to give me the wifi password, and they don't have one for guests. I tried to connect with the phone, but there are no power outlets in useful places, except in a corner where I was not allowed to bring the table (the sharing of the network via mobile wastes a lot of battery.) so I could not work.

In tutto questo periodo non ho avuto mai modo di riscontrare e/o affrontare problemi di carattere organizzativo. Personale specializzato e altamente qualificato unitamente a cortesia e gentilezza ma sopratutto sensibile e attento alle esigenze dei singoli pazienti trattati. Purtroppo, giornalmente, la mancata educazione della gran parte dell’utenza, mette a dura prova l’illimitata pazienza e tolleranza della titolare e di tutto il personale. Specialized and highly qualified staff together with courtesy and kindness but above all sensitive and attentive to the needs of the individual patients treated. Unfortunately, on a daily basis, the failure to educate most of the users puts a strain on the unlimited patience and tolerance of the owner and all the staff.

Ho riscontrato puntualità, professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità. Riscontro miglioramento rispetto a quando sono stato visitato e complimenti per la chiarezza espositiva del caso. Grazie ancora al dott. Antinoro e ai collaboratori The first time I go to Candia for a back / leg problem and I was visited by the physiatrist dr. Antonello Antinoro. Un ringraziamento speciale al dottore Antinoro sempre gentile e rassicurante e presente durante le sedute di fisioterapia . Professionista serio e preparato. Andare al centro Candia per me significa fare i conti con traffico e posteggio, sono stata a fisioterapia in un centro proprio vicino casa, forse era più elegante ma mi è bastato meno di un mese per capire che la professionalità nn è avere un numero per tutto o operatori a disposizione. Alla Candia ho trovato ciò che serve ad un paziente, la bravura di un medico e la sua disponibilità e anche il nn sentirsi un numero per tutto. I have been attending the Candia physiotherapy center for a while, I had a great time. All the staff are friendly, ready to listen to any need. Special thanks to Doctor Antinoro always kind and reassuring and present during physiotherapy sessions. Serious and prepared professional. Going to the Candia center for me means dealing with traffic and parking, I was at physiotherapy in a center right near the house, perhaps it was more elegant but it took me less than a month to understand that professionalism is not having a number for everything or operators available. At Candia I found what a patient needs, the skill of a doctor and his availability and also the feeling of being a number for everything.

La zona attesa piuttosto squallida, personale in parte poco preparato alle relazioni col pubblico. Magari sarà un posto fantastico ma la mia impressione è pessima I accompanied my nephew once and I reported him crying. M	Maurizio Palmeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Candia funziona così: Arrivi alle 9:00 ed entri alle 9:30 , una mattina tra traffico, piccola a scuola e quant'altro, ritardi per un qualsiasi motivo e arrivi alle 9:30 , ti buttano fuori . Nessuno sa darti una spiegazione e nessuno si assume le proprie responsabilità, addirittura nessuno vuole metterti per iscritto che quello che dicono sia vero e tu stia sbagliando, praticamente serietà di gestione zero . Riguardo ai fisioterapisti tanto di cappello! Al Candia works like this: You arrive at 9:00 and you enter at 9:30, one morning in traffic, little one at school and whatnot, you are late for any reason and you arrive at 9:30, they throw you out. Nobody can give you an explanation and nobody takes their responsibilities, even nobody wants to put you in writing that what they say is true and you are wrong, practically zero management seriousness. Hats off to physiotherapists!
