★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia, io sto cercando casa per davvero e non ho voglia di essere presa in giro da due signorine "sedicenti" agenti immobiliari..
Stamattina i recò in via Savona 127 a Milano e, solo una volta lì scopro che in realtà l'immobile in questione (3° piano con tanto di affaccio sulla circonvallazione) è in via Brunelleschi al 9!Ovviamente a me interessa Savona e non Brunelleschi proposto addirittura a 695.000€..che non prenderei neanche per 400.000€..era dunque dettaglio fondamentale da comunicare al cliente.. MA NON LO FANNO PER SCORRETTEZZA, SANNO CHE LE QUOTAZIONI IMMOBILIARI SONO NETTAMENTE DIFFERENTI.. E CONVIENE DIRE SAVONA NELLA SPERANZA DI TROVARE L'ALLOCCO DA RAGGIRARE UNA VOLTA LÌ
 Bad agency, I'm really looking for a house and I don't want to be made fun of by two "self-styled" real estate agents ..
This morning I went to via Savona 127 in Milan and, only once there I discover that in reality the property in question (3rd floor with a lot of overlooking the ring road) is in via Brunelleschi at 9! Obviously I'm interested in Savona and not Brunelleschi even proposed at € 695,000 .. which I would not even take for € 400,000 .. it was therefore a fundamental detail to communicate to the customer .. BUT THEY DON'T DO IT OUT OF FAIRNESS, THEY KNOW THAT THE REAL ESTATE QUOTES ARE CLEARLY DIFFERENT .. AND IT SHOULD BE SAY SAVONA IN HOPE OF FIND THE ALLOCCO TO TURN ONCE THERE
