Abbiamo perfezionato una proposta per prendere in affitto una casa: al momento dell incontro in agenzia il mediatore non sapevo nemmeno l importo esatto delle spese condominiali. Quando abbiamo insistito per sapere l effettivo ammontare ci é stato detto che a noi non interessava perché noi avremmo pagato solo un canone di 800€. Pretendono la provvigione del 15% sull intero ammontare incluse le spese condominiali, perché così la base imponibile sulla quale calcolare la provvigione é più alta. Per tutte le domande che abbiamo fatto relative a casa, proposta e contratto non c’é mai stata una risposta netta e precisa sempre risposte lacunose. Abbiamo discusso con una persona che si é presentata come titolare di agenzia perché pretendevano di essere pagati come mediatori, ma curano solo ed esclusivamente gli interessi del proprietario di caso anche se ha un comportamento scorretto. In particolare Gennaro sì è dimostrato professionale, serio e sempre disponibile. Non ho avuto sorprese di spese inaspettate. Tutto è sempre stato chiaro da parte dell'Agenzia. Ringrazio quindi pubblicamente Gennaro e tutto lo staff per la competenza dimostrata. Despite my initial distrust of real estate agencies, I strongly recommend that you contact them for leases in Milan. In particular, Gennaro has proven to be professional, serious and always available. I had no surprises of unexpected expenses. Everything has always been clear from the Agency. P	Paola Coluccino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendere case è sempre una cosa che genera stress, come ti muovi c’è qualcosa da pagare in più che non ti aspettavi, ed è un susseguirsi continuo di imprevisti. Grazie alla professionalità che ho trovato in quest’ufficio (soprattutto Gennaro che è la persona che mi ha seguito) questo stress è stato azzerato. I costi sono stati chiari fin da subito e non ci sono state sorprese, imprevisti burocratici ci sono stati (inutile sperare il contrario in Italia), ma sono stati gestiti in un modo rapido ed efficiente. Inoltre ho conosciuto tutto il team dell’ufficio e sono stati sempre gentili, simpatici ed ognuno nel suo campo molto competente. Visto che la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva, se dovete vendere o comprare casa, beh vi consiglio di passare in quest’ufficio. Thanks to the professionalism that I found in this office (especially Gennaro who is the person who followed me) this stress has been eliminated. The costs were clear from the start and there were no surprises, there were bureaucratic unexpected events (needless to hope otherwise in Italy), but they were managed in a quick and efficient way. In addition, I got to know the whole office team and they were always kind, nice and everyone in his field very competent. Since my experience has been very positive, if you have to sell or buy a house, well I recommend you go to this office.
