Dopo qualche tempo di attesa, mi dicono che il loro collega era stato rallentato da un altro impegno. Faccio loro presente che un contrattempo, può succedere e che, comunque, la prassi è avvisare. Non una parola di scuse, e poi mi chiedono di aspettare altri 5/7 minuti. Attendo in realtà un altro quarto d'ora e non si vede nessuno. La signora al telefono, un po' avanti con gli anni, mi dice che loro la fanno vedere solo di venerdì e sabato perché in settimana hanno altro da fare. Prenoto per il sabato successivo, oggi. Mi chiede il numero di telefono e devo ripetere più volte le cifre. Chiedo se all'appuntamento potranno dirmi a quanto ammonta la rendita catastale dell'immobile e sembra non aver mai sentito questa parola. Mi dice che mi richiama venerdì per confermare l'appuntamento. Resto a Milano apposta per poter visionare l'immobile ma STAMATTINA alle 9 mi dice che dobbiamo spostare l'appuntamento a sabato prossimo perché il collega non c'è. Rifiuto e visto che ormai sono rimasto a Milano apposta e non ho altro modo di occupare la giornata ho un sacco di tempo per scrivere questa recensione. PS. potevano solo a quest'ora perché IL COLLEGA HA ALTRE CASE DA FAR VEDERE E NON PUÒ FAR SU E GIÙ. Uno ne hanno... I call last week to book a visit, I am available from Tuesday to Thursday.
