La struttura si presenta pulita e ben organizzata, ottimo il lavoro delle impiegate alla reception e accettazione ( cortesia e simpatia degne di un hotel a 5 stelle), il reparto Fisioterapico è il fiore all' occhiello: tutte le dottoresse si sono comportate in modo estremamente efficiente e competente e grazie a loro ho potuto riprendere piena mobilità alla mia spalla. Posso solo aggiungere che dopo questa esperienza durata più di 2 mesi ho deciso di spostare qui tutti i miei futuri esami possibili Courtesy, efficiency and professionalism! E	Erika Mas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non rispondono mai, allora mi reco in sede per prenotare una visita dermatologica e noto che la tipa al desk ha silenziato il telefono fisso che continua a squillare anche in mia presenza (me ne accorgo dalla spia rossa che lampeggia).. chissà magari lo fanno solo ogni tanto quando sono oberati, ma comunque non mi sembra molto professionale. Sulla dermatologa nulla da eccepire. They never answer the phone, so I go to the office to book a dermatological visit and I notice that the girl at the desk has silenced the landline phone which continues to ring even in my presence (I notice it from the red light that flashes) .. who knows maybe they only do it occasionally when they are overworked, but it still doesn't feel very professional to me. Nothing to complain about the dermatologist.
L	Luda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inserito la richiesta di prenotazione tramite unisalute, dopo una settimana di attesa e varie telefonate senza che nessuno mi rispondesse, mi sono recata di persona e mi hanno riferito che la dottoressa non lavorava più con loro e che se volevo c'era la visita da metà giugno in avanti con un'altra dottoressa altrimenti a metà mese di maggio a pagamento (come se con l'assicurazione fosse gratis). Pessimo servizio e poca professionalità. Posto da evitare! I entered the booking request through unisalute, after a week of waiting and several phone calls without anyone answering me, I went in person and they told me that the doctor no longer worked with them and that if I wanted there was a visit halfway through June onwards with another doctor otherwise in mid-May for a fee (as if it were free with insurance). Bad service and lack of professionalism. Place to avoid!

Maleducata e stanca di lavorare e stare a contatto con la gente, facendo passare la voglia di tornarci nonostante un buon lavoro dal punto di vista sanitario. Invece, con il personale attuale, tutto è diverso. Giovani, simpatiche, ti accolgono con il sorriso e sono sempre disponibili con pazienti anziani e giovani. Ci son tornato qualche giorno fa per caso, e ho trovato questa piacevole sorpresa. FINALLY you have made a generational change !! There was an air of tension with the lady at the front desk. Rude and tired of working and being in contact with people, passing the desire to go back despite a good job from the health point of view. On the other hand, with the current staff, everything is different. Young, nice, they welcome you with a smile and are always available with elderly and young patients. I went back a few days ago by chance, and I found this pleasant surprise.

Personale super cortese e preparato, dottori professionali e molto “umani”, completezza di servizi (ci sono praticamente tutte le visite private o convenzionate), parcheggio a pagamento comodossimo proprio di fronte. Un plauso a tutte le ragazze della reception e in particolare a Francesca che si è dimostrata sempre molto carina e disponibile nel trovare le migliori soluzioni per i pazienti (in termini di orari e disponibilità). Davvero super consigliata!!! 5 stelle piene! I met the Smart Clinic in Via Calvi thanks to a dear friend. I must admit that I found myself very well indeed. Super courteous and trained staff, professional and very "human" doctors, completeness of services (there are practically all private or affiliated visits), convenient paid parking right in front. A praise to all the girls at the reception and in particular to Francesca who has always proved to be very nice and available in finding the best solutions for patients (in terms of schedules and availability). Really super recommended !!! 5 full stars!
