Clinica consigliatissima Il dott. Spano e la Dott. Buscarini sono due persone fantastiche, professionali, disponibili e pazienti nel seguire le differenti problematiche dando sempre il loro parere e spiegando scupolosamente tutti i punti di vista da valutare prima della scelta definitiva. Il personale dello studio è sempre molto gentile e pronto a fornire informazioni anche il sabato e la domenica (Francesca e Rosanna sono due collaboratrici meravigliose) Mi sono affidata a loro per diversi interventi/trattamenti e non mi sono mai pentita della scelta fatta, anzi consiglio di rivolgervi a loro perché il chirurgo deve essere scelto con criterio e loro sono dei veri specialisti Ormai per i servizi che offrono sono i miei punti di riferimento

Difficilmente scrivo una recensione, se non nelle occasioni in cui rimango particolarmente e positivamente colpita. Questo ne è il caso. Mi sento di consigliare The Clinic non solo per la professionalità dei Dottori che vi lavorano, ma anche per la cordialità e la disponibilità che non mancano dal primo momento in cui si viene accolti in studio. Nel mio caso, dopo svariate visite per eseguire un intervento di Mastoplastica additiva, ho trovato solo qui la spinta giusta per superare la paura dell’intervento e la sicurezza che le mie aspettative non venissero deluse. Un ringraziamento particolare va al Dott. Spano che mi ha regalato il seno che da sempre sognavo rispettando in pieno i canoni di bellezza e naturalezza che ricercavo. Le sue indiscusse competenze professionali e la sua pacatezza mi hanno accompagnato in questo percorso senza avere mai un attimo di esitazione.

Clinica super consigliata per la rimozione dei tatuaggi. In poco tempo e con risultati eccellenti grazie al Dott. Alfano!! ? ?

Pico laser sopracciglia. Onesti (prezzo giusto e moderato rispetto ad altre strutture). Professionali , getto di aria fredda che attutisce molto il dolore e trattamento rapido! I risultati iniziano a vedersi gia dopo il primo trattamento molto schiarite.

Ieri sono tornata presso la Clinica dal dottor Alfano con cui effettuo periodicamente dei trattamenti di definizione viso. Sin dalla prima volta il dottore ha compreso e soddisfatto a pieno le mie esigenze e superato le mie aspettative. Ha estrema rilevanza inoltre la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale e delle ragazze che lavorano per la clinica. Elisa

Mi sono affidata al centro per sottopormi a delle sedute di rimozione di un tatuaggio per il quale, in passato, mi ero già sottoposta ad un trattamento. Risultato ben oltre quanto mi aspettassi e sperassi! Il Dott. Alfano mi ha accompagnata seduta dopo seduta con gentilezza e professionalità, spiegandomi ogni passo e guidandomi anche nel post trattamento. Un grande ringraziamento a lui e a tutte le ragazze dello staff, sempre molto disponibili e cortesi! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Very professional clinic with high skilled doctors, they where very clear giving information on the phone before I went there. They explained to me that I can have a consultation on my skin situation before any treatment to be sure I choose the most suitable. Since they are a professional doctors studio the first consultation you need to pay as for any doctors studio in Italy and abroad. Compare to other Clinic their cost is really reasonable for the high level of professionality (doctors come from important public hospitals and have long experience). Overall it was a great experience. Thank you as well to the kind staff that welcomed me upon arrival.

The pros of this clinic are: the results were fantastic and they gave me a same day appointment. The cons are: at first everyone is very sweet and kind and they offered a promotion of three payments of 83€ per month so I thought that was great and I signed up for that. As soon as the procedure started everything changed. I couldn’t believe how aggressive, unkind and bullying the doctor was. It was a female doctor and she had no interest in listening to any of my concerns she kept talking over me. I asked her if she had photos so I could show her what I wanted and she showed me a video with the images flipping by too fast so I found photos myself on my phone and showed her. They had given me a numbing cream which was great but then by the time the appointment started it had begun to wear off so I asked for more. She belittled me and said they don’t usually even use it because the product has numbing cream in it. She didn’t care at all about how I felt. So I had unnecessary pain the entire time and she just belittled me and made negative comments about the fact that I was in pain. After the procedure finished, I asked her about aftercare and again she treated me With distain and belittling and complete disregard for my concerns and feelings. I told her the last time I had this procedure done with another doctor they told me to massage it. They also gave me a cream to help the healing. She just laughed and said some catty things to her colleague and completely dismissed my concern for aftercare. They did not give me any creams or anything and so I was in pain and had to find my own after care. Then regarding the payment, when I came out of the procedure they told me the payment hadn’t gone through. Which was very strange because I did it about half an hour before they started the procedure and they said nothing. So I tried several times and two of them had come into this little tiny office with me and suddenly turned into sharks. They were very aggressive and telling me that more procedure was done so I had to pay double. I was fine with that as long as I could use the promotion. For some reason the promotion didn’t work with me so instead of paying €83 and then being charged the same for two months I left paying €500. They were very unconcerned about this. There are many ways to do payment plans and they should’ve figured it out before the procedure was done if this payment plan worked with my particular credit cards. They should’ve told me the payment hadn’t worked before the procedure was done. It was a scam. I used the exact same credit card, that for some reason didn’t work with the extended payment plan, and it went through just fine when the entire amount was charged! So unfortunately even though the result was very good, I would never return. There are plenty of clinics where you have good results and you are treated with respect and consideration, given proper aftercare and given proper payment details so you feel satisfied and well cared for. This was a win lose situation, it was about their own profit. Atrocious customer service and neglect. There is much better out there!
