Per installare un decoder Sky mi avevano dato un primo appuntamento che è stato rimandato al mese successivo .
Anche questo secondo appuntamento è stato poi annullato .
La scorrettezza è avere annullato gli interventi solo la sera prima .
La seconda volta che hanno annullato l’intervento , hanno proposto un terzo appuntamento a distanza di oltre un mese
Ho annullato tutto , compreso il contratto con Sky
Unpleasant experience
To install a Sky decoder they gave me a first appointment which was postponed to the following month.
This second appointment was also canceled.
The incorrectness is having canceled the interventions only the night before.
The second time they canceled the surgery, they proposed a third appointment after more than a month
I canceled everything, including my contract with Sky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale competente e preparato oltre che cortese. L'installazione è stata velocissima e senza alcun problema. Il tecnico si è fermato anche dopo l'orario di lavoro per risolvere una problematica che neanche riguardava Sky. Lo raccomando !
Competent and trained staff as well as courteous. The installation was very fast and without any problems. The technician also stopped after working hours to solve a problem that didn't even concern Sky. I recommend it !

Anni fa e forse in Trentino,dove sono spesso, avrebbero chiamato al momento, considerando che il commesso era libero! Grazie per non poter vedere la televisione oggi!
