★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un guasto alla caldaia, ci hanno fatto aspettare un'ora e mezza per dirci che stasera non sarebbero venuti, hanno fissato un appuntamento senza verificare che ci andasse bene e in tutto ciò dobbiamo restare senza riscaldamento tre giorni. Poco seri.
Called for a boiler breakdown, they made us wait an hour and a half to tell us they weren't coming tonight, they made an appointment without checking that it was okay and in all of this we have to be without heating for three days. Not serious.

Inoltre non ho avuto indietro tutti i soldi...Praticamente ci ho rimesso circa 50 euro per restare pure senza caldaia.

They had to replace the boiler and they got the wrong model.
Also I didn't get all my money back ... Basically I lost about 50 euros to be left without a boiler.
Never again
