All'arrivo del tecnico per una prima messa in servizio, chiedevo d'installarmi, ovviamente pagando, un sensore di temperatura esterna che purtroppo l'installatore si era dimenticato di montare. Il tecnico mi ha con maleducazione risposto che non era compito suo: "se lo faccia montare dall'installatore". Dietro mia insistenza, mi ha quindi risposto che se ne andava e ha lasciato casa mia stizzito e vociando anche sulle scale e lasciandomi con l'involucro della caldaia smontato!!
Very bad experience. Upon arrival of the technician for a first start-up, I asked to install, obviously by paying, an external temperature sensor which unfortunately the installer had forgotten to mount. The technician rudely replied that it was not his job: "if you have it installed by the installer". Behind my insistence, he then replied that he was leaving and left my house annoyed and also shouting on the stairs and leaving me with the casing of the boiler disassembled !!

My experience is more than positive. Extremely helpful and competent staff. To my problem, they were made before a phone and then the technical advice is get home in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. Consigliatissimi!
